Who are Kryptoez?
Kryptoez is a U.K based company specialising in cryptocurrency themed socks. We pride ourselves on creating unique designs of the highest quality. All our products have been designed by crypto enthusiasts for crypto enthusiasts. If you’re looking for a subtle way to show people your favourite coin, then there’s no better piece of clothing.
Where do you ship?
We ship to pretty much every country in the world. Our most popular destinations cover the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France, Greece, New Zealand, South Korea, Ireland, Japan, Russia, India, & The UAE, the list goes on.
Sadly although Kim Jong-Un loves Monero and I know he’d be all over our Monero socks, we don’t ship to North Korea.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept 7 different cryptocurrencies, PayPal and all major credit/ debit cards.
We accept the following through Coinbase Commerce payment gateway: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether,
We accept the following through CoinPayments: Doge, DigiByte and Monero.
How long does it take to ship?
If you're purchasing within the U.K, Royal Mail 1st Class takes 1-2 business days. 2nd Class takes 2-3 business days. These times are subject to change upon high demands, i.e Christmas holidays.
If you're purchasing outside of the U.K delivery time takes approximately 5-7 business days.
I live outside the U.K, will I be charged for customs duties and import taxes?
Probably. Each country has it’s own import regulations. We recommend that you check out an online duty calculator to get an estimate of what it will cost you when the package lands in your shipping country. We don’t pre-cover any import duties.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we provide a 15 day refund or exchange on all apparel. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us on kryptoez@protonmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a refund. All products must be returned in the same condition they arrived.
Are the socks Mens or Womens?
Our socks are designed to be unisex and fit both mens and womens feet. You can find our sizing on each product description.
How do you recommend washing the socks?
We recommend you wash your socks at a cool temperature (40 degrees Celsius) with other similar coloured clothing. Hang socks up to dry.
